Imagination Lab informs clients, business associates and interested parties with an e-mail NewsFlash. The data is stored in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Perfect View, a cloud software solution. The server administrator of Perfect View monitors the data by keep on areas such as security, viruses and spam here and proactively respond constantly.

Contact form & e-mail

When you complete and send a contact form on the website, or send us an e-mail, we keep the data, together with the technical specifications, as long as it is necessary. We do everything to answer, deal with or justify your message on time. We never publish unsolicited personal data such as name and e-mail address on the website.

Participation in our website’s activities

When you log on for Imagination Lab®’s activities or services (such as a win action) for which we expect truthful personal data from you, Imagination Lab® uses these data exclusively for the purpose concerned. Among this is to be understood our operational management, communication concerning the activity, implementation of the activity, invoicing and financial responsibility).
